Return Window 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

Please note that for prescription optics, items that are custom-made based on your unique prescription are typically eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect, an error in fulfilling the prescription by Zymerya LLC, or if the item arrived damaged. If you believe your custom prescription item falls into one of these categories, please contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items 

Generally, items that show signs of wear, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts not due to our error, cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on items that have been misused or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zymerya.com or call us at +1 (702) 451-2020 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST).

Please provide the following information to expedite your request:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping 

Zymerya LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Restocking Fee 

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Stripe, PayPal) within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If your refund is denied, we will inform you of the reason for the denial.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@zymerya.com or +1 (702) 451-2020.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your claim. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Order Cancellation 

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, shipping time is typically 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
